The renal is two bedroom and kitchen with one full bath, ceiling fan,
laundry, wood floor and first floor. One male international PhD student at
UNO has occupied one bedroom; another bedroom is available right now. The
bedroom is bigger, 13x16 ft, with three windows. I provide furniture
including mattress, book shelf, computer desk, lamp and rugs. The rental is
$480 including utilities bill and COX TV cable with more 30-40 channels, you
can watch CNN, ESPN.. I think the price is very fare for UNO students, if
they can sign a one year lease, the rental can be reduced at $465.
